SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are added to the price of the items purchased. All attempts are made to make it as cost effective as possible.
We package our own items and take care to pack all items to prevent damage in the shipping process.
We do offer samples of the fabric used to make the pillows, if available, and can be shipped at a cost of $2.00 so you can avoid unnecessary returns (limit of 4 per customer).
Return & Exchange Policy
Every item is carefully handmade and inspected for defects prior to shipping.
In case of damage during shipping, we will refund you for the cost to return the item or send you a prepaid label, at our discretion. We will send you a replacement item once it has been received if the same item is still in stock.
If the item was purchased in error and you would like to return it, you may do so within 30 days of the original purchase date, in its original flawless condition for a full refund, not including the cost of shipping.
